The products of SAPCO are automotive parts and complexes. SAPCO has no factory and works with over 500 local and international auto-part manufactures and 500 vendors as its contractors to supply ordered auto-parts.

The service offered by SAPCO and its main responsibility is Supply Chain Management. The following activities are included in this category:

• To conduct Design and Improvement projects.
• Supply Planning or Localization Planning (produce parts in the country)
• To identify potential auto-parts manufacturers and to evaluate them.
• To sign supply contracts with auto-part manufacturers or vendors.
• Quality control and inspect parts.
• To import auto-parts directly or as CKD.
• To import and distribute raw material for auto-part production.
• To train auto-part manufacturers in order to promote their technical and managerial knowledge.
• Provide services such as precise measurement, simulation and consultation.
• To promote and facilitate auto-part export (including conduct joint investment projects, marketing and commercial services)
